A full review of the highway network has been completed to ensure our scheme seamlessly integrates with the surrounding area, and causes no impact to surrounding residents.

We look at the constraints and opportunities for the site, look at the policy requirements for open space, biodiversity etc., then based on the area that is left, we design our layouts accordingly.

We will always work closely with the Highway Authority to understand the impact of development and, if required, implement a scheme to improve the highway network in conjunction with the Highway Authority.

Community consultation is key, we want to know your thoughts on what your community needs. We will work closely with the local community to bring as many benefits as possible to the local area through the planning process.

After we identify a piece of land and have assessed it has strong planning potential, we agree a contract with the land owner. Following this, we carryout public consultation prior to submitting a planning application. Once we have obtained planning permission, we conclude the detailed design, and obtain all the necessary statutory approvals. Then we commence on site to start building.
